The Ranch
Patios - Eddie Deen Style:
Want to offer a fantastic scenic vista and a open air extension to your guests? The Ranch offers a fenced in, lighted patio area adjacent to the Town Hall entrance. Additional parking lot space is available for full size rodeos, concerts, Streets of San Antonio, Speedway Games, Down on the Bayou, Bourbon Street plus additional seating and special events.
The Ranch is able to host even larger events by tenting the parking lot.
Events such as Educause (3500 guests) IEEE (2500 guests) and Anheuser-Busch (1500 guests) and IFMA (2500 guests) have all experienced the Patio-Eddie Deen Style.
Audio-Visual Options:
Eddie Deen's Ranch has state of the art sound and lighting available. An in-house technician will ensure a flawless program, whether it's a live band, dj, auctioneer, power point presentation, a speaker, or dvd presentation. The Town Hall has a full stage, two rectractable screens, two rear projectors, intelligent lighting, & full sound. If you need more, our technician can coordinate production.
Souvenirs and Attendee Gifts:
A great gift from Texas is Eddie Deen's custom label bottled barbecue sauce! Design your own label or we can design it for you with your brand. Eddie Deen also has available fitted cowboy and cowgirl hats, custom fit boots, & custom logo bandanas.

Take Central Expressway (us75) southbound to I-30 west; take Ervay street exit to the right; go straight on Ervay, which will become Griffin Street; make a left on Canton Street – Eddie Deen’s Ranch will be on your right on the corner of Canton and Lamar. Turn right on Lamar there will be parking on your right.
North Toll Way
Southbound I-35 to I-30 east (Texarkana) exit Lamar/Griffin street take the Lamar street exit; go north (right) on Lamar; after you cross over I-30 Eddie Deen’s Ranch will be on your right.

Take Stemmons (I-35 north to I-30 East (Texarkana); exit Lamar/Griffin street take the Lamar street exit turn right on Lamar. Eddie Deen’s Ranch will be on your right after you go over I-30.

Take I-30 west to Dallas, from the left lane of the freeway, take Ervay street exit, keep straight on Ervay which will become Griffin street, make a left on Canton. Eddie Deen’s Ranch will be on your right at the corner of Lamar and Canton turn right on Lamar to find parking.

Take state highway (I-183) to Stemmons (I-35e) southbound to I-30 east (Texarkana) exit Lamar/Griffin Street, take the Lamar street exit turn right on Lamar you will see Eddie Deen’s Ranch on your right after you go over I-30.
